Wayna knew she wasn't going anywhere. from the time she knew he was apart of this pride or maybe it was even before that. Hannibal had some sort of hold on her. when she first  came she avoid him to the best of her ability. over time she admire how smart he was, well spoken and his charm. most of the time she was not respectable to anyone, Hannibal had something about him self they made her obey and respect him. still she was defiant in someway that let him know he did not have full control. Still at some point she was going to be left alone with him. one afternoon while Will was out and she could not find him. She sat in the tall grass of the land looking around for him. She heard a rustle in a bush and saw Hannibal walk towards her. Wayna did not run no mater how much she wanted to. she try her best not to bring her ears back and tail between her legs in his presence. try her best to stay calm but still she  felt an edge of submission.  "Wayna. i see that i have found you." Wayna said nothing at his words. she just stay quiet. one of the ways she defied him was not speaking to him at all. if others were around she would not speak unless spoken to and sometimes she would lave the room. "I need a word with you. because i know your not going to talk, i will speak to you." he said walking past her and lay on the grass. "Will you join me or will you avoid me like you have sense you got her." Wayna look in the other direction for some sign of Will. Nothing. she look back at Hannibal and nod her head.  Glad Wayna did not run off Hannibal mentally smirk and watch Wayna Lay a distance from him. "You have been at full health for some time now. yet you remand here in my land. even after you saw Will at one of his not so good times. any other lion or lioness would leave at such a sight. Yet you have stay and became closer to him." Wayna look the other Way and Hannibal took that opportunity to inch closer to her. "Abigail talks to me as well. she told me how you don't treat her like everyone else have. it's good she can have a friend. someone to talk to her own age. but that not the case between you two is it. i can see the distrust you have for her. yet you have no have. very curious. I believe you have siblings of your own. do you not?" Wayna look at him and down again. Hannibal inch closer to her again. "You seek a family who can accept all of you don't you? I have no doubt that you don't love your family. i know you love your family. we all do. but to hide who you are is a hard thing is it not?" Wayna close her eyes and Hannibal slowly lay next to her. Wayna lay her head on his massive paws and Hannibal put a paw over her with his claws out. "We have two family's in this life Wayna. the one we are born with and the one we are some how put together with. nether are of our choosing. We belong to those family. because no matter what pain and confusion they put us thru. we still love them. It's is that love that chain and imprison us to be with them even if we are afraid. no matter the pain."


Dear wolf my legs are getting weak chasing you
The snow fields wouldn't seem so big if you knew
That this blood on my teeth it is far beyond dry
And I've captured you once but I wasn't quite right
So I'm telling you that you'll be safe with me.

wolf my claws are dull now so don't be afraid
I could keep you warm as long as you can just try to be brave
Yes I know I'm a lion and I've been known to bite
But the rest of my pride I have left them behind
And my teeth may be sharp and I've been raised to kill
But the thought of fresh meat it is making me ill
So I'm telling you that you'll be safe with me.

So Wolf please stop looking the other way
It's cold out there so why not stay here
Under my tail.
